Photoshooting in Saigon, Vietnam, with Thai Pham

Hello everyone !

First I would like to apologize on the delay for the articles currently. My job kept me
really busy with a LOT of overtime (even weekend-wise), and I had to focus on survival
functions like sleeping and eating.

Today I have at least some time to keep you updated, and I would like to show you one of my last photoshootings in date: My shooting in Vietnam, with photographer Thai Pham, who works for Elle Vietnam. (https://www.facebook.com/ThaiPhamPhotography)

The shooting took place in Ho CHi Minh City, on another sunny Vietnamese day. It was about 30 to 35 degrees, and I was kind of struggling to keep the makeup fresh throughout the day between every session.

I had 3 different outfits on the day, and me and the photographer went to 4 or 5 different places. We were moving from place to place by using his Vespa, and left the clothes in some of his friends places nearby before walking around for the shootings.

I have to say that I really enjoyed the great experience with all the people I met
during the day on the streets, on the markets (very friendly and honest), and the fact of being
on the road, surrounded by a few other hundreds of people on motorbikes going along the way
(traffic in Vietnam is really heavy, and mainly created by motorcycles as they are cheaper
to buy, and get less taxed than the cars).

The heat was making the whole sessions very tiring, but every single place was very particular and wonderful, and it was properly enjoyable to be able to do a shooting in a country where the culture / habits are so different from Western Europe.

I survived mostly on cakes and coconut juice during the whole day (which I cannot complain about: on the contrary I loved it!) and came back home in the evening to my friend's place, exhausted but with my head full of dreams !

Thai Pham always found very interesting angles for the pictures and had very good ideas in terms of editing the pictures colours/shades after the shooting. a BIG thanks to him !

This definitely was one of my best experiences so far,
and I really hope there will be many more like this !
